All Comfior orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We partner with UPS, USPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure your Comfior wedge pillow arrives safely. We select the best carrier based on your specific location.

Estimated Delivery: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days once the package has left our warehouse, depending on your global region.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination and are displayed clearly at checkout. Keep an eye out for Free Shipping promotions, which will be marked on the site when available.
Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Comfior is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Carrier-specific delays or packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If a package is returned to our facility due to an address error, we will contact you regarding reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

We want you to start your journey to comfort immediately. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
